《移植正能量》剧情简介：Marco Pennette负责剧本﹑Chuck Lorre开发的多镜头喜剧《移植正能量 B Positive》讲述新近离婚﹑等候肾脏移植的Drew（Thomas Middleditch饰演）几乎要走到尽头了，但此时他过去认识﹑缺点满满的女子Gina（Annaleigh Ashford饰演）自愿成为捐赠人，而这次交集将改变他们的命运。

Drew's life is falling apart. A recently-single dad still raw from divorce, he finds out that his kidneys are failing and that he urgently needs a transplant, but can't find anyone willing to help him. His luck changes when he reconnects with a woman he knew a long time ago. Gina has made some unconventional choices--living in her mom's basement, being a driver for a senior-citizens' van--but her decision to become Drew's organ donor will have a lasting impact on Drew that goes beyond saving his life.
