《人间世事》剧情简介：节目主持人吉恩在斯坦福大学的儿子亚当（22岁）回到法国巴黎，亚当与吉恩的下属有旧情。亚当去母亲家，见到其文学教授男友、男友女儿米拉（17岁）。亚当带着米拉出去玩，两人酒后后发生关系。第二天早上，米拉提起强奸控诉，亚当一开始否认性交但承认口交。庭审交锋激烈，证人各抒己见，最后亚当被判有期徒刑五年缓刑。
